Class Description

Intermediate / Advanced level, a Pilates class with certified STOTT trainer Kate Searchfield. Fast paced and challenging Pilates class using reformer, chair and Cadillac tower.  Stretch out tight muscles, rebalance overused muscles and avoid back pain with a full body workout to condition your body and improve overall strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.  You will feel stronger and more energized while helping to prevent injury in sports and daily activities.
