Pink Ribbon Programme Pilates Based Exercises for Breast Cancer Survivors

Are you or do you know someone who is a breast cancer survivor? This class is a Pilates based, post operative programme, developed by a survivor, for survivors to help regain mobility and improve strength and posture. It is equally suitable for recent survivors and those whose surgery was some time ago but who have failed to recover full mobility and musculature in affected areas. The Pink Ribbon Programme Pilates classes for breast cancer survivors will initially run at the Lyndale Cancer Support Centre in Hyton.
