All Classes will be taught using Zoom Video Conferencing. If you would like to join a class email me on info@4mostfitness.co.uk and I will send you a Zoom invite for the class.

Group Classes

All classes are one hour. One Pilates class per week £10. The second class in the same week will be charged at £7.  If you take a third class in the same week it will be charged at £3

Monday

9.30am to 10.30am, Pure Pilates stretch and wake up – Matwork, no props

6:15pm to 7:15pm, Ultimate Care Pilates – Matwork with props

7:30pm to 8:30pm, Essential Pilates – Matwork with props

Tuesday

6:30pm to 7:30pm, Intermediate Pilates – Matwork with props

Wednesday

7.30am to 8.30am, Pure Pilates stretch and wake up – Matwork, no props

9.15am to 10:15am , Ladies Healthy Bones Pilates – Matwork with props

6:30pm to 7:30pm, Power Pilates – Pilates circuits (no props / foam roller alternate weeks)

Thursday

6:15pm to 7:15pm, Power Pilates – Pilates circuits (props are optional)

Friday

7.30am to 8.30am, Pure Pilates stretch and wake up – Matwork, no props

Pink Ribbon Programme Pilates Based Exercises for Breast Cancer Survivors

Are you or do you know someone who is a breast cancer survivor? This class is a Pilates based, post operative programme, developed by a survivor, for survivors to help regain mobility and improve strength and posture. It is equally suitable for recent survivors and those whose surgery was some time ago but who have failed to recover full mobility and musculature in affected areas.
