Pilates is a fantastic and safe form of exercise during pregnancy, I will take you through breathing techniques, essential pelvic floor work, and an exercise regime that will get you ready for the birth of your baby as well as aid recovery of your body post birth, and it’s fun too! Posted by: | CommentsSo my sister and I managed to do our 5km race in 25 minutes, which I was quite please at, unfortunately as it was lashing with rain at the start and finish of the race so we didn’t pose for any photos! Ah well, never mind!
