ByI am starting a new pre-natal Pilates class on Tuesday evenings at 7:45pm, please email or phone me if you would like to join the class.
Pilates is a fantastic and safe form of exercise during pregnancy, I will take you through breathing techniques, essential pelvic floor work, and an exercise regime that will get you ready for the birth of your baby as well as aid recovery of your body post birth, and it’s fun too!
